Studies have elucidated that pyrethroids induce adipogenesis. It is also known that macrophages can affect the homeostasis of adipose tissue. However, whether and how the β-cypermethrin (β-CYP)-mediated inhibition of the macrophages affects adipogenesis remain unknown. To explore the effects of β-CYP on adipogenesis through modulating the function of macrophages, 3T3-L1 cells, a preadipocyte cell line, were exposed to culture medium from either RAW 264.7 cells, a macrophage cell line (RM), or β-CYP-treated RAW 264.7 cells (CRM). CRM decreased the inhibitory effects of RM treatment on cell proliferation and adipogenesis, as lipid accumulation, the CEBPA content, and Fasn and Acaca expression in 3T3-L1 cells were higher following CRM treatment than following RM treatment through the higher levels of the demethylated CEBPA promoter in 3T3-L1 cells. However, the medium from β-CYP- and N-acetyl-L-cysteine-cotreated RAW 264.7 cells (CNRM) partially restored the inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on 3T3-L1 cells that had been reduced by CRM, indicating that β-CYP might reduce the cytotoxicity and inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 cells through elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. Moreover, exposure to β-CYP downregulated the TNF-α secretion in RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, these data demonstrated that β-CYP affected the function of RAW 264.7 cells, alleviating their inhibitory effects on adipogenesis and CEBPA demethylation in 3T3-L1 cells. β-CYP might achieve these effects through downregulating the secretion of TNF-α via elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. Our experiments provide a new perspective on the obesogenic effect of pyrethroids.  相似文献

为减少团聚,提高石墨烯在涂层中的分散性,研究采用纳米分散技术预先制备了石墨烯分散液,再将其分散至环氧树脂中获得石墨烯改性复合涂层。通过对石墨烯含量为 0、0.3%、0.6%的复合涂层进行盐水浸泡、盐雾、阴极剥离实验及电化学性能测试,证明石墨烯的加入显著增强了涂层的防护性能。石墨烯复合涂层在 3.5%盐水中浸泡 1 008 h后,涂层低频阻抗仍大于 106 Ω·cm2比未添加石墨烯的涂层提高了 3个数量级,且盐雾实验 6 000 h后涂层表面仍保持完好;含 0.6%石墨烯,的涂层耐蚀行为劣于石墨烯含量为 0.3%的涂层。  相似文献

To measure geosynthetic reinforcement strains, sensor-enabled geobelts (SEGB) that perform the reinforcement and self-measurement functions were developed in this paper. The SEGB of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) filled with carbon black (CB) were fabricated by both the industry and the laboratory. To study the mechanical properties and tensoresistivity performance of the SEGB, in-isolation tests and in-soil tests were performed. Hot pyrocondensation pipes (HPP) were used to protect the SEGB against the influence of water. For the SEGB specimens developed in the laboratory, the optimal CB filler content was 47.5%. For the SEGB fabricated by the industry, the optimal CB content was slightly decreased compared to the SEGB fabricated in the laboratory. For the modified SEGB sealed with HPP, the strain at the fracture was improved, while its tensile stress and the frictional property of the geobelt-soil interfaces both decreased slightly. In the pull-out tests, the self-measurement function of the SEGB was proved to be effective for evaluating the deformation behavior of geosynthetic reinforcement. The results are helpful for further application of SEGB technology in engineering.  相似文献

Poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI)/cinnamic acid (CA) mixture was self-assembled into microsphere in aqueous phase. As the pH value increased, the self-assembly became hardly formed. As the molar ratio of the amino group of PEI to the carboxyl group of CA increased, the pH window for the formation of self-assembly became broader. The phase transition temperature of cubic phase was 58.5–67.5°C, depending on the PEI/CA content. The release of dye loaded in cubic phase containing PEI/CA increased in a first-order fashion. The release degree was higher at a lower pH value.  相似文献

A low‐powered and highly selective photomechanical sensor system mimicking stomata in the epidermis of leaves harvested from nature is demonstrated. This device uses a light‐responsive composite consisting of 4‐amino‐1,1′‐azobenzene‐3,4′‐disulfonic acid monosodium salt (AZO) and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) coated on a membrane with tens of nanometer‐size pores. The ionic current change through the pore channels as a function of pore size variation is then measured. The tran–cis isomerism of AZO–PDDA during light irradiation and the operation mechanism of photomechanical ion channel sensor are discussed and analyzed using UV–vis spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy analysis. It presents the discriminative current levels to the different light wavelengths. The response time of the photoreceptor is about 0.2 s and it consumes very low operating power (≈15 nW) at 0.1 V bias. In addition, it is found that the change of the pore diameter during the light irradiation is due to the photomechanical effect, which is capable of distinguishing light intensity and wavelength.  相似文献

以花椒果皮为原料,采用大豆油热浸法制取花椒风味油。以花椒风味油的酸价、过氧化值和感官评分为考察指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化制取工艺条件。采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术对花椒风味油和大豆油中挥发性风味成分进行测定。结果表明:制取花椒风味油的最佳工艺条件为浸提温度95℃、浸提时间20 min、花椒果皮添加量15%,在此条件下制取的花椒风味油香气浓郁、麻味足、色泽好且感官评分最高,其酸价(KOH)为0. 40 mg/g,过氧化值为5. 07 mmol/kg,感官评分为9. 1。花椒风味油中维生素E总量为1 869. 86 mg/kg,远高于大豆油中的742. 07 mg/kg;甾醇含量相较于大豆油几乎不变;脂肪酸组成与大豆油的基本相同;花椒风味油中共鉴定出9类83种挥发性风味成分,大豆油中共鉴定出8类25种挥发性风味成分,花椒风味油中挥发性风味成分主要是烯烃类和醇类(相对含量86. 99%),大豆油中主要是烯烃类和醛类(相对含量87. 26%);花椒风味油中醇类18种,占总量的40. 97%,大豆油中醇类仅1种,占总量的1. 74%;花椒风味油中醛类物质含量仅为1. 91%,而大豆油中醛类物质含量为12. 69%。  相似文献

Among various drug-delivery systems, core-shell nanoparticles have many advantages. Inspired by nature, biomimetic synthesis has emerged as a new strategy for making core-shell nanoparticles in recent years. Biomimetic mineralization is the process by which living organisms produce minerals based on biomolecule templating that leads to the formation of hierarchically structured organic–inorganic materials. In this minireview, we mainly focus on the synthesis of core-shell nanoparticle drug-delivery systems by biomimetic mineralization. We review various biomimetic mineralization methods for fabricating core-shell nanoparticles including silica-based, calcium-based and other nanoparticles, and their applications in drug delivery. We also summarize strategies for drug loading in the biomolecule-mineralized core-shell NPs. Current challenges and future directions are also discussed.  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probes are very significant for detecting cysteine in biological systems. Herein, we report a highly selective and sensitive NIR turn-on fluorescent probe (BDP-NIR) based on BODIPY with large Stokes shift (105 nm) for detecting Cys. We clarified the sensing mechanism based on the different thiol-induced SNAr substitution/rearrangement reaction of the probe with cysteine and homocysteine/glutathione, which leads to the corresponding amino- and thiol-BODIPY dyes with distinct photophysical properties. Moreover, a novel mechanism of fluorescence quenching was demonstrated by density functional theory calculation. The reason for the fluorescence quenching of the probe might be intersystem crossing (from singlet to triplet excited state). Moreover, BDP-NIR had a high linear dynamic range of 0–500 μM, which was promising for detecting cysteine quantificationally. Significantly, BDP-NIR was capable of sensing endogenous cysteine in living cells and in vivo.  相似文献
